This Cookie Policy explains how Pronalytics Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It is written for visitors in Nigeria and applies alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixel tags. We use them to keep the site working, remember where a visit came from, and understand which pages and campaigns are useful.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function - for example keeping your place in the NRS E-Invoicing Readiness Check, protecting the demo form against automated abuse, and remembering your progress if you reload the page. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

Analytics and performance

Used only in aggregate, to count visits, measure how far people get through the readiness check, and detect broken pages. Analytics tags load only when a measurement ID is configured for this site; if none is configured, no analytics cookies are set at all.

Campaign attribution

When you arrive from an advert, search result or email, we store the campaign parameters in your browser (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so that if you later request a demo we know which campaign brought you. This is stored on your device and attached to your enquiry record.

Advertising

Where advertising tags are enabled (for example Google Ads or Meta), they may set cookies that let us measure conversions and avoid showing you the same advert repeatedly. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

3. Third parties

Depending on which tools are active, cookies may be set by Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta and LinkedIn. Those providers process data under their own policies and may store it outside Nigeria. Where cross-border transfer happens, we rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Legal basis in Nigeria

We process cookie data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the NDPR. Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in delivering a functioning, secure website. Analytics, attribution and advertising cookies rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the controls below or by emailing us.

5. How to control cookies

  • Use your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) to block or delete cookies for this site.
  • Enable "Do Not Track" or a private browsing window to limit persistent storage.
  • Clear the campaign values we stored by clearing site data for this domain in your browser.
  • Ask us to delete analytics or lead data associated with you by emailing info@pronalytics.ng.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the readiness check and demo form from working correctly.

6. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Analytics and attribution values are retained for no longer than 24 months, and demo enquiry records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tooling changes. Each revision carries a new version number and effective date shown at the top of this page.
